RETURNS OF ONLINE PURCHASES
If there are any issues with your order, such as wrong or missing items, please contact us via email first. Then return via mail and we'll ship out the corrected order.
In order to return unwanted item(s), it must not be used and has to be in its original packaging. Returned within 7 business days of its shipped date in order to get full refund. Unfortunately Charlie Indigo doesn't do free return shipping.
REFUNDS FOR ONLINE PURCHASES
Your refund will be issued to the same credit card you used for the original purchase. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
When you mail in your return, you will receive an email confirmation that the return was received. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the credit to be reflected in your account. Allow up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
RETURN BY MAIL
We recommend that all returns be sent with a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to our warehouse. Charlie Indigo is not responsible for packages that are being returned. Charlie Indigo does not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
REFUNDS WHEN PAID WITH PAYPAL
If you paid with PayPal, we will refund the balance to your PayPal account.
